    煤矿采空区注浆治理效果检测方法及应用

    Testing Method and Application of Grouting Treatment Effect in Coal Mine Goaf Area

    • 摘要: 该文介绍了煤矿采空区注浆效果检测方法及《煤矿采空区建(构)筑物地基处理技术规范》(GB 51180—2016)合格判定标准,并在山东某煤矿采空区注浆检测中进行应用。通过对高密度电法及瞬变电磁法在采空区注浆前后检测结果的对比,并结合钻探验证,揭露采空区注浆宏观特征,定性分析采空区注浆效果;通过压浆试验、波速测试、结石体抗压强度试验定量分析采空区注浆效果。结果显示,定性定量相结合的方法,在采空区注浆效果检测中取得了良好效果。

       

      Abstract: This paper introduces the testing method and qualification standards of Technical for Ground Treatment of Buildings in Coal Mine Goaf(GB 51180—2016) for grouting effect in coal mine goaf area, and applies them in the grouting tests of a coal mine goaf area in Shandong. By comparing the changes of the testing results before and after grouting in goaf area with high-density electrical method and transient electromagnetic method, combining with drilling verification, the macroscopic characteristics of grouting in goaf area are exposed, and the grouting effect in goaf is qualitatively analyzed. The grouting effect in goaf is quantitatively analyzed through pressure grouting test, wave velocity test and compressive strength test of stone bodies. The results show that the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods has achieved good results in testing of grouting effect in goaf area.
